Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
      • Gift cards
      • Any items purchased at a Sale or Clearance price are ineligible for return.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

    • Items with obvious signs of use

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

 

Return Procedure

Follow the steps below to initiate the return procedure.

  1. Fill out our Contact Us form with a description of the issue.
    • Be sure to include your order number so that we can locate your order. 
  2. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we will not issue a refund for those items. 
  3. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved.
    • If approved, we will initiate a refund on your original payment method within two (2) business days
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we process the refund.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@whisperingartistry.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within two (2) business days..

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@whisperingartistry.com or use our Contact Us form to initiate an exchange.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@whisperingartistry.com
  • The cost of return shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund both your original shipping charges and the return shipping costs.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Once we receive the returned merchandise, any applicable refunds—including for shipping—will be credited to your original payment method. Alternatively, we can provide an equal value toward an immediate exchange.
