Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Handling Policy when purchasing from our store. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

Overview of our policy:

AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer free Standard Shipping (USPS) shipping on Orders over $100.00, continental US only.  The discount will be automatically applied during check out if your order qualifies.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not included in the free shipping promotion.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

  • Once your order is packaged and the shipping label created, we will send you an email with your tracking information.
  • Free Shipping offer is for the contiguous 48 states and does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.
  • Once we receive your order, please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships.
  • Delivery estimate times above indicate the time it will take the package to get to you once received by the carrier.
  • If there is a shipping service not listed but offered by either USPS or UPS that you would like to use, please contact us and explain which shipping product you would like to use and we will get back to you with the cost. Once the cost is approved and paid for we can ship your order using your requested service.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

The following additional shipping restrictions apply:

    • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
    • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. 
    • Orders are fulfilled on business days, which are Monday – Friday, excluding all holidays.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If there is a delay in processing your order before handing it off to the shipping carrier, we will inform you via email at that time.   If delivery is delayed for any reason after it has been handed off to the shipping carrier we advise you to use the tracking number we send to you and to follow up with the shipping carrier directly as delivery of your order is out of our control at this point.   Contact information for the shipping carriers we use is as follows:

 
 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 We offer international shipping to the following countries:

    • Canada via UPS or DHL
    •  Mexico via UPS or DHL

Free Standard Shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
